We are a community Interest company who support the local people of Rayleigh and surrounding areas with mental health and well-being. We run monthly childrens workshops, a monthly parent support group for parents of an anxious child and 1-2-1 emotion coaching for children with 1-2-1 counselling for adults and young people.
