Welcoming Clients - Josephs Court

We are looking for a volunteer to provide a welcoming service to people with multiple sclerosis so they may access the specialist services available at the centre. This will include liaising with and supporting clients while at the centre and their family and carers, making refreshments and to be a listening ear, signpost to other services where applicable and assist in other daily tasks. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with the general public in a professional manner. Full training on the specialised equipment and other relevant training will be given.
