Walking for Health Leader

An opportunity to volunteer as one of the walk leaders for our Health Walks. There are short walks designed to help individuals get a little more active without any strenuous exercise. As a walk leader, you will be helping people in your local community become more active by ensuring our walks are welcoming, social, enjoyable and safe.

Dates of various walks are: Hullbridge - Every Monday at 10:45 Benfleet - Every Monday at 10:30 Canvey Island - Every Wednesday at 10:30 Hockley - Every Thursday at 10:45 Hadleigh - 1st and 3rd of every month at 10:30 Walk leaders do not have to commit to every week or every walk. Any and all support is welcome and appreciated.


This opportunity is available in: Castle Point, Rayleigh and Rochford, Southend
