Volunteers needed to help in charity shop in Saffron Walden as part of a friendly team.
Typical tasks include:
· Helping customers on the shop floor & providing good all-round customer service
· Promoting our campaigns and any instore sales to customers
· Working on window and shop displays to make them look their best
· Keeping the shop tidy, clean and well organised – some light housekeeping
· Helping your fellow volunteers and staff with customer queries
Times to be agreed, but any time welcome, shop open 7 days from 9.30am - 5pm
Skills
Friendly personality, physically fit (as there are stairs to negotiate in the shop) numeracy and basic literacy skills, honesty, hard working, able to work as part of a team. No experience necessary as full training is given.
