Volunteers are needed to support children at sessions and supporting parents and children at the pre-school, after-school and holiday sessions. It would not be possible to offer all the wonderful services and resources we do without SNAP's team of over 115 committed volunteers, who work over 200 voluntary hours each week.
SNAP is a support group for parents and carers of children and young people aged 0 to 25 yrs old with any special need or disability.
We aim to inform, encourage and support parents, so they can grow in strength and knowledge and become better equipped to give the best possible help to their children
