We are looking for volunteers who are able to support our service users to fully participate in all day to day gardening activities in the community, in the nursery and at the allotments.
Gardening knowledge is not essential, just the ability to support and encourage.
Skills
Good communication skills with individuals and groups. An ability to motivate others and to support their development. Ability to undertake the various practical gardening skills in relation to the job.
