The Green Aiders project is a FREE one-off garden clearance visit for elderly or vulnerable residents struggling to keep on top of their garden. We visit gardens for half a day with a team of volunteers and give them a tidy to enable residents to enjoy the space once more.
We are now working with The Royal British Legion to specifically help ex-service personnel or their dependents over 65.Groundwork will initially run a clearance session but the success of this project is very reliant on volunteers to carry out follow up gardening sessions so that the residents garden is maintained.
