Can You Help with Coffee Mornings and Social Trips - Braintree

Support 4 Sight is a small, friendly charity, based in Saffron Walden helping those with sight-loss in the Essex area. Many of our members enjoy meeting up at our Coffee Mornings and Social Trips, which are each held once a month, in and around the area.

We are looking for drivers in the Braintree and Great Dunmow areas to help take members to and from Coffee Mornings and Social trips. The Social Trips are held every month and are usually in the form of a lunch or a short trip out. The Coffee Mornings are held also every month in Braintree town centre. These events are much enjoyed and for some, are a vital, and the only, link to their community.

We are also urgently looking for someone help our Braintree Coffee Morning organiser, Sam. Sam is visually impaired and in need a helping hand with pouring drinks, clearing up, and if needs be, a lift to and from the venue. The Coffee Morning is held in Braintree town centre every 4th Thursday of the Month at 10.30 and 12.00.
