Admin Support Volunteer

The Wilderness Foundation based at Chatham Green is looking to recruit a volunteer to provide administrative support for their senior team. This is a diverse role and will provide you with experience of many areas of charity management and governance.

They provide support for a wide range of young people from school age upwards.

Administration Assistant

To support the busy office team with the day-to-day administration of the charity. The role offers a wide range of opportunities for learning about and experiencing the tasks that need to be completed in order to run a busy non-profit organisation from day-to-day.

Applicants should be confident in using the telephone, have some experience of computer use (including MS Office) as much of our work relates to record keeping and monitoring the outcomes of our work. You will work alongside the Administration Team to support monitoring and evaluation, compliance and internal and external communications.

Two days per week or parts thereof preferred.

Skills

Volunteers will need to be computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office products a good telephone manner is desirable as you will be communicating across all levels from members of the public through to trustees
