A volunteer is required to support Hamelin’s Ability Works programme in Rochford, helping autistic adults and people with learning disabilities develop work and life skills. This will involve assisting in running workshops, guiding participants through practical tasks, and helping to create a supportive, structured environment on a 6 month programme. The role involves encouraging engagement, providing clear instructions, and helping individuals gain confidence and independence.
