Trustee to take charity forward

Due to the retirement of our founder , Replenish are looking for someone who could  continue to run  the excellent work that Replenish does in the community.  Possibly it would involve starting in a new area using the model and admin that already exists. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person who wants to make a difference in peoples lives. The post will involve all aspects of running a charity including fundraising, overseeing volunteers, engaging with service users, running and chairing a trustee board. You will have good communication skills and an ability to organise people. Experience and empathy for people struggling with their mental health is  paramount.   

As an organisation seeking to deliver services in a Christian context we would ask that you have an affinity with the principles of the Christian faith.

Skills

Replenish  supports those in the community struggling with mental health and addictions. We currently offer one to one befriending support and local social and art groups. We are a small charity and like to build on the skills and needs of the volunteers and service users.
