We would like a proactive volunteer who is willing to attend committee meetings to enable them to be fully informed of the organisation' progress, forthcoming events etc. Someone that is confident in discussing ideas on our financial health and development with us and able to report on the charity's finances.
Record all income and expenditure, pay invoices, receive and bank grant awards and cash from events, support the production of the Annual Report and Accounts. Work with the fundraising trustee to prepare the annual budget: Fundraising trustee reports progress against budget
Essential skills: Book keeping and/or accountancy skills
Experience of maintaining accounts suitable for charities or small businesses
Desirable skills: Experience which will add value to the charity
Excellent interpersonal skills

We will work around our volunteer, However attendance at meetings would be necessary.
