We are a grass roots organisation who have created projects & programmes which help many people. Our approach is unique and we have helped & supported many people who believed life couldn’t be different and we are delighted to say the majority of our participants and clients have completely turned their lives around.
We provide 121’s, workshops, programmes & projects in the areas of mental health recovery, domestic abuse recovery(men & women), life coaching, personal development and counselling,

We are community minded, passionate, innovative, creative and inspired we love what we do and we also laugh a lot to, unfortunately we are a half human and half dinosaur with technology and social media! That’s alright because otherwise we wouldn't be looking for you, it takes a community to create changes and always a team for anything to be successful.

This role is ideally suited to someone who has great organisational skills and IT skills who will be able to help is in the following areas:
Social Media Platforms- help create a presence and build a bigger community for Community Rainbow Genies and our project & programmes in order to reach more people.
Our projects are often funded for specific areas so knowledge in targeting via social media specific people & areas.
Administration - Email lists ease of sharing, policies & procedures, funding, newsletters, minutes, booking appointments, case studies, general organisation.
Help develop CRG moving forward from a voluntary group into a CIC Community Interest Company.
