To provide assistance to people on digital platforms, i.e., ipad, mobile telephone. Use of AI for example Seeing AI, voice activation, magnification. Provide assistance at coffee mornings in a café, introducing new people to the group, making them feel comfortable. We would welcome the support of friendly chatty volunteers to help with overseeing this event and assisting any of our sight impaired clients find a seat and order their drink etc.
Skills
Anyone with phone and tablet basic knowledge to help advise some of our clients with making the best use of their smart technology and a friendly, sociable nature.
