Assistant Coordinator - Castle Point

OACS are looking for an Assistant Coordinator for their independent counselling service which is based in Benfleet. This role needs someone to act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, arrange appointments using the OACS diary and to assist the Service Coordinator to ensure the service runs smoothly. Reception duties will also be required when necessary. Confidentiality and ethical considerations are of the utmost importance as well as good communication skills.

Skills

Good communication skills and sensitivity to confidentiality is a necessity for this role.
