Receptionist for new Community Counselling Agency

This role is an extremely important place within our agency, you will be the first person our clients contact, so will have the role of making a potentially nervous client's feel at ease, either in person or on the phone.

Your role will also include handling confidential information regarding client's details, so a lot of trust is placed on you.

You will answer the phone, give information out and make appointments.

This role will benefit anyone who would like to add to their C.V or interested in Mental Health as we offer all volunteers opportunities to attend some of our workshops and training free.


We would like our volunteers to have a good telephone manner

Respect our clients are confidentiality

Be able to work within a team

Have a clear DBS (we will arrange this for you)
