This is a chance to act as a radio reporter for a local community radio station! Colne Radio currently broadcasts over the internet.
Granted an FM licence by Ofcom last year, it is working towards broadcasting on FM in early 2017 and will transmit over a 5km radius from its Wivenhoe studio. We need people to volunteer to act as reporters, covering local events and interviewing local people.
No previous experience is required (although if you have worked in a similar function, this will be a great asset.) Full training will be given by a professional radio journalist and other volunteers who are already doing interviews.
