Post Room Admin

Sort post into pigeonholes, then band up internal post ready to be collected. Frank post to be sent externally. Sort post out and place in sack or pigeonholes by determining whether on site, other Trust property and sent by courier code or franked and sent externally. Telephone staff members to let them know recorded deliveries have arrived and assist them with paperwork when they come to collect. You will be required to wear face masks unless in an office on your own and social distancing is in place.


Post room located on ground floor of the building. Next floor accessible by stairs and may need occasionally to use them. Building accessed through key coded doors. Franking machine located in a small room with pigeon holes and sack to place post in. Boxes of post to be lifted onto floor ready for collection. Ability to operate franking machine (training to be given) and also identify where post needs to go. Admin staff available in nearby offices who can assist with any queries
