Community360 is looking for Volunteers to make friendly calls to people who are isolated/lonely.
A little chat can make a big difference to someone who may not speak or see another person 7 days a week.
Full training will be provided for you - this will enable you to keep the conversation on a healthy happy level.
You will be able to work from home or from our Braintree Office
We will take care of your DBS
If you think you would like to support someone in this way and have 2 hours a week to spare please do get in touch we would like to hear from you.
You do need to have a nice telephone manner with a cheerful attitude
Being supportive is a key skill as is having a lot of patience
Excellent listening skills and the ability to keep people focused on being positive.
