Patient Experience Volunteer

This is a new and exciting project - volunteers will be supporting the Patient Experience Lead by gathering patient and service user feedback and engaging them to develop and improve ACE services. They will have direct contact with patients, their families, other service users and staff on a day-to-day basis. Duties will include: collecting completed patient surveys and returning them to the Patient Experience Team; supporting patients and service users in providing feedback; delivering feedback resources across the organisation as required, and supporting the Patient Experience Lead with the setting up and running of Patient Forums/Panels.

Ideally for car drivers please, and it would be desirable for applicants to have experience of having worked in a health care environment and have previous experience of volunteering. Reimbursement of reasonable expenses will be arranged.

If you will be using your car for this role, please note that Volunteer Services will need the following:

· Copy of your driving licence

· Copy of your MOT certificate
