Office Administration Support

To support the day to day running of the office, to include:

General telephone and Receptionist duties

Liaising with the general public and RRAVS guests and visitors.

Arranging appointments where necessay

Supporting the RRAVS team of staff 

Postal duties


Good communication skills are essential in this role

A friendly and sensitive approach to dealing with people and the general public

Ability to work on own initiative or part of a team

Able to organise and prioritise work in a timely manner

Knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Committed and reliable approach to a volunteer role

Volunteers must be computer literate and comfortable answering the telephon, also confident when dealing with members of the public, adhering fully to the RRAVS data protection and confidentiality policy.
