Minutes Secretary

To take minutes at Forum meetings and Forum Committee meetings; to produce draft minutes for Chair’s approval and to distribute approved minutes to Forum meetings and to all committee members as appropriate.


Confident IT skills, especially Microsoft Word and a good command of written and spoken English; ability to summarise discussions and record salient points and action-points as allocated.
