At Thurrock’s LGBTQ+ Community Network, we extend a warm and open invitation to everyone identifying as LGBTQ+ and their supportive friends and allies. Our mission is clear: to transform Thurrock into a beacon of safety and acceptance for LGBTQ+ individuals within our community.

Our vibrant community network hosts a diverse range of events, regular meet-ups in the heart of Thurrock, and drop-in gatherings designed to provide support, advice, and valuable information. It’s not just an opportunity to socialize and network; it’s a chance to forge new connections with people from all walks of life, fostering lifelong friendships.

As a Marketing/Media volunteer you will be able to support us spread the word of our Network across Thurrock.   You will be able to use innovative ways to engage with the community to showcase the LGBTQ+ Network and the tasks/services it delivers.  You will be able to demonstrate thorough strong marketing campaigns, our aims for not just the LGBTQ+ Network but for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies across the borough.

You will also be able to showcase the valuable work that we do and the benefits that we bring to those in Thurrock.
