The role involves assisting customers to navigate the job-seeker sites on Library computers.
Helping customers set up email accounts and log into job-search and CV builder websites.
Provide software and basic technical support to job-seekers, mainly for Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Signposting job-seekers to other sources of help and advice.
This help may be through one-to-one appointments, or in drop-in sessions offering quick help, or a mixture of the two.
You will have the opportunity of using your IT skills to help others, to develop your experience and skills to enhance your CV.
