What’s involved?
Event set-up / Event pack down
Route marshal - providing encouragement and ensuring the safety of participants along the route
Water station marshal - keeping runners hydrated by managing water stations
Time commitment:
Saturday 13th June 2026 – approximately 6 hours (time TBC)
Sunday 14th June 2026 – approximately 8 hours depending on role (time TBC)
What do you get?
All our volunteers will be given the equipment they need to help deliver race day.
Pre-race instructions will be emailed out in advance and you'll get a volunteer briefing before the race so you know exactly what to expect from your day.
It's also a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, be part of your local community, build up your confidence and have some fun!
No experience needed. Please be aware that the role may include lifting, and moving heavy objects.
