IT Session Lead

The Connect project is looking for volunteers to help run our Lunch and Learn peer support sessions. These sessions are aimed at supporting people with basic IT skills to develop their professional skills on platforms such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

The volunteer will introduce the sessions, sign people up with a simple form and give an introduction to the Make IT Click website which has a range of online courses available to individuals to learn from. Following the introduction the role will be providing informal support and encouraging people to think about their learning goals in a social working lunch setting.

It is expected that sessions will be monthly and for a couple of hours over lunch time from the MDCVS offices in Heybridge
