Sea Skills Instructor

Work with cadets across lots of activities that you can gain new skills in too. With a mix of uniformed and non uniformed roles there is something for everyone. Cadets and volunteers take part in a wide range of activities such as sailing, kayaking, adventurous training, engineering, first aid, catering and many more. If you have no experience or qualifications in this type of volunteering then don't worry, we have great opportunities for adult development too.

We provide all the training needed to work with our young people the only skills you will need is a lot of energy and enthusiasm to work with our younger age range.

Availability Details

Southend Sea Cadets is a bi-weekly club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-9pm with occasional weekends. However, if a volunteer cannot commit to that we can cater volunteering around their schedule.
