This volunteer role involves providing regular conversation and companionship to a lonely or isolated person through a weekly face-to-face visit in their home. Over time, you will build a positive and supportive connection, offering comfort and meaningful interaction to someone who may have little contact with others. You will follow guidance from an assigned Friendship Coordinator, who will offer full training before you begin and provide ongoing support throughout your volunteering journey.
