As a Smile Hero Volunteer, your role is to support parents/families battling chronic illness and life -threatening conditions.
You are needed to offer practical support with any household chores that they need help with. This could include: cleaning, decluttering, ironing, gardening, help with shopping, taking children to the park, visit to the library etc.
Ability to provide emotional or counselling support would be an added advantage but not compulsory.
Compassion, Communication, Flexbility, Good listener, Honesty, Patience and Physical Stamina.
Location: In the family's home, Epping Forest District.
