Volunteers needed to help serve meals & refreshments at the Day Centre
Duties include setting tables and the service area, serving coffee and cake, taking bookings, serving lunches, washing up, clearing tables and ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy.
And while you are doing this we hope that you have a smile on your face to welcome our lovely clients!
Skills
We like our volunteers to have these attributes:
- Ability to work in a team.
- Organised and efficient.
- Friendly and kind.
We encourage (but don’t insist) that volunteers hold a Level 1 Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate. This can be done on line and the cost reimbursed.
