Gardening Volunteers - Harlow Museum Walled Gardens

Work in a small team to maintain the gardens in what was the land of 16th Century Mark Hall Manor. It was lost to a fire in the 1950's but is now a heritage site for the John Collins Cycle collection and local historical artefacts with walled gardens. You will help tend shrubs, borders, lawns and hedges for the public who seek peace, beauty and a little bit of sanctuary in this treasure filled Museum.

Skills

An interest in outdoor spaces, fresh air, Harlow and gardening is essential. Minor physical tasks will be part of the role, guidance and training will be given.
