Gardening Opportunities

Volunteers are needed to support the service users of this residential home for adults with learning disabilities.

There is a garden centre open to the public, where plants, grown by the residents, are sold. Volunteers are needed to help the residents with the gardening tasks needed and in the sale of produce.

Volunteers are also needed to supervise and help the residents to maintain the grounds of the house - trimming hedges etc.

Times are varied and flexible - normally between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays, but may be possible at weekends - to be discussed.
