We are looking to recruit a Fundraising Volunteer. As a Fundraising Volunteer, you will need to link with funders, submit applications, source donations from trusts / businesses. As well as, work with our existing partners on new opportunities and finalise end data.
Our small, friendly, team are looking for someone who is reliable, dedicated and confident organising events, raffles, contacting local businesses for support. You would also need to be computer literate to enable online funding submissions. Training will be given, but if you can hit the ground running we would be truly grateful.
You would be required one day to liaise with the team, discuss progress and gain a feel for our business ethos.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a budding non-profit organisation and develop your existing skills and learn new ones. We need you to get involved and help make positive changes to help people live healthier and happier.
You’ll have a passion for positive change and the work that we do, as well as the enthusiasm to represent both us and our values locally. You will understand the needs of people affected by ill mental health and be sympathetic to the needs and motivations of volunteers. You’ll be a good organiser with plenty of creative ideas, preferably with fundraising, sales or event management experience.
