Front of House Volunteer

Our Front of House volunteers are the friendly face of Brentwood Theatre at each show. Teams of two or three volunteers welcome visitors, check tickets, act as ushers, sell ice creams in the interval and tidy up the auditorium after the show. An informal rota means Front of House volunteers work as often as they wish. Most shows are in the evening but there are weekend matinees throughout the year as well as morning and afternoon shows in the Christmas period. Our Volunteers see the show for free but take responsibility for the public safety during their time in the theatre

Skills

volunteers must have a warm and friendly manner and an ethos of customer service. Some IT skills would be useful but are not essential. The ability to work as part of a small team is important.
