Friendship Coordinator

Coordinating client referrals from health professionals, family members etc to match with volunteers due to social isolation. Services offered in the area:

Telephone befriending – 30 minutes per week

Face to face befriending - visiting in client’s homes, 1 hour per week

Digital inclusion - learning useful digital skills i.e. making doctor’s appointments, emails, shopping online

Community Companion - supporting clients for 6-12 weeks to access local community groups and activities

Bereavement Support 1-2-1 support through weekly telephone / video calls
