The role includes the following:
Serving food and drink to our visitors or staff.
Maintaining high food safety standards at all times.
Purchasing stock for the cafe and producing a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
Maintaining good housekeeping at all times:
Wiping down tables and counter tops
Emptying the dustbins at the end of the day
Tidying chairs and clearing litter regularly
Catering for events (Memorial Day etc.).
Other duties as and when required.
Food hygiene certificate is preferred but not essential as basic training will be given.

Start Date: 31/07/2019
End Date: 31/07/2022
Immediate start - ongoing position The Cafe Manager - will be required to be present at all fort open days and will also be required to attend Committee Meetings and be a member of the current committee. The Cafe Assistant - will be required to attend all fort open days and assist the cafe manager with the running of the cafe. Both on the last Sunday of each month (from March to November)
