We are looking for a volunteer to assist with our food collections from local supermarkets on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
Once collected the food needs to be delivered to The Coffee Grind Community Café and transferred to the community fridge.
Volunteers are required to sort through the donated food and anything remaining in the fridge and discard any items that have passed their 'use by' date.
The role does include some lifting so volunteers need to by reasonably fit. Think of it as a large weekly shop.
Able to carry reasonably heavy items (shopping).
Car driver and willing to use own car.
