Could you help our friendly finance team?
Volunteers are required to help process a backlog of archived files to move them on to a computer system at Essex Wildlife Trust's beautiful Abbott's Hall Farm, Great Wigborough.
The role will include:
• Getting finance documents out of the archiving
• Preparing the documents and scanning them
• Renaming finance documents on the computer
• Electronically filing the documents
A basic level of computer use is necessary to allow you to move rename scanned files.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm Hours are flexible and can be done weekly, fortnightly, monthly or occasionally.
