About the Role
As a Female Wellbeing & Fitness Volunteer, you will work alongside the THRIVE team to support and encourage female residents to engage in physical activity and wellbeing sessions.
This role focuses on building confidence, motivation, and trust, helping individuals take part in activities that support both their physical and mental wellbeing.
Engagement can sometimes be challenging, so this role is ideal for someone who is patient, encouraging, and able to create a supportive and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the delivery of wellbeing and fitness sessions alongside staff
• Encouraging female residents to take part and stay engaged
• Helping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
• Supporting individuals who may feel anxious or unsure about joining in
• Assisting with setting up and packing away sessions
• Working closely with the THRIVE team and other volunteers

Optional Additional Involvement (Where Appropriate)
For volunteers who hold relevant qualifications and insurance, there may be opportunities to:
• Deliver small group sessions or 1:1 support
• Lead activities in collaboration with the THRIVE team
Any additional responsibilities would be agreed in advance with staff to ensure appropriate support and safeguarding is in place.

Expenses
