Farm Hand - Rare Breeds Centre

Summary of role:   

To maintain high levels of animal husbandry and welfare (including feeding, cleaning, health care and training) and welfare around the Rare Breed Centre.  Tasks will include cleaning and re-bedding of animal housing, feeding, providing good customer service and helping with animal presentations to members of the public, educational visits and birthday parties.

You may have

An animal care or farming qualification or working towards one.

Experience of routine animal husbandry

Customer service experience

Experience of working with adults with additional support needs

Experience of working with children
