Volunteers are needed to lead a support group for families. The group aims to reduce feelings of isolation and increase mental well being of parents. Robust and frequent support along with supervision and continuous professional development is given, alongside working with a supportive team.
Volunteers are not required to have any specific skills but training is given and includes subjects such as confidentiality, safeguarding and listening skills.
