Epping Town Show Volunteers Sunday 4 July 2021

We need event volunteers to sign up to help us with a number of tasks to make EPPING TOWN SHOW a great success. The show is open to the public between 12 - 5pm and we will need volunteers to help with the set up and clear up afterwards as well as friendly guides during the event itself.

Can you help us with the following;

Meet and greet Stallholders and see them onto recreation ground and help them set up as necessary.

Do other tasks, eg put up signage, put out cones to help organisers set up.

Marshall stallholders and public car parks in recreation ground.

Meet and greet general public, answer questions about programme, layout etc.

Help stallholders to pack up and see them off site.

Help organisers to return site to usual use.

Skills

Volunteer must be 16 and over.

Must be fairly physically fit.

Good interpersonal skills with a helpful nature.

Whatever hours you can donate to help we will be grateful between 9 and 6 pm.
