Provide a dietetic advisory service to St Helena patients, families and staff
Main duties of the role
Providing a dietetic advice service to the catering manager for the development of menus.
Provide a dietetic advice service to the multidisciplinary team, patients and families.
Undertake nutritional assessments of patients where required
Devise, monitor, review and improve nutritional care plans
Educate other healthcare professionals in the team about food and nutrition issues
Help to prepare information packs, flyers and other promotional materials for patients, families and staff.
Training & supervision
Online health and safety training is mandatory (repeated annually)
Experience & qualifications required
BSc Hons in Dietetics, or a related science degree with a postgraduate diploma or higher degree in Dietetics.
Registered with HCPC
