Charity Shop Supervisor

About the Role
As a Charity Shop Supervisor / Key Holder Volunteer, you will provide additional support to shop staff by helping oversee the day-to-day running of the shop. This role is ideal for experienced volunteers who are confident taking on extra responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
• Opening and closing the shop (where required)
• Supporting and guiding other volunteers on shift
• Assisting with the smooth running of shop operations
• Ensuring the shop is safe, tidy, and well-presented
• Supporting customer service and handling queries
