Chair

The main part of the role involves leading the organisation and the committee forward. Managing change and the everyday running of the association. There is a committee meeting on the 1st Thursday of the month, 10 months of the year and an AGM one a year. The time committed to the role is flexible but depending on what changes/ events/campaigns we are undertaking at the time, it should not take more that a few hours a month.

It is best that you reside in Billericay and have knowledge of the Town. No particular academic qualifications are required, but your professional life may have given you the experience required as above, to lead the group into the future, looking after the best interests of the residents\' of Billericay.
