Responsibilities: To help the Scout leader run the Scout troop, helping to plan games and activities for the group, developing your own style of teaching and helping with group activities. Helping out with the weekly Scout meetings, going camping and helping to run the water based activities when required.
Skills
Any skills can be used in a role such as an assistant leader, and no experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Training and support is provided.
