Support the operation of the Explorer Scout unit; in particular, the planning and delivery of the balanced programme to the section with the help of other leaders and assistants.
Skills
Depending on the age range you wish to work in, will determine the skills and qualifications you need. An interest in working with young people, interpersonal skills, good communication skills and sense of humor are desirable, all other training will be provided.
