You will provide an effective and efficient triage service to members of the public helping to progress their issues to the most appropriate next stage. That might be self-help information or an appointment with a specialist adviser. The role is carried out either by telephone or face to face.
Full training for the role is provided. Do you have -

Whilst there is no minimum commitment it is hoped that applicants will be able to volunteer for at least one or two 3 hour sessions a week either morning, afternoon or both.
