Assisting the Activity Co-ordinators planning and delivering various games, arts and crafts, music etc as stimulating activities to the day centre clients.
We are looking for volunteers with a caring nature, passionate about providing good quality care to the elderly who live with Dementia.
Good mobility and communication skills are required together with patience and a sense of humour.

When can I volunteer?
Start Date: 19/06/2015
End Date: 19/06/2016
Volunteers will gain a deep understanding of the challenges facing those living with Dementia and how there is life after diagnosis. They will also gain patience and listening skills, First Aid and a Manual Handling Certificate
