Here’s Patricia’s story:
“I started voluntereing for something to do. I had been busy with work and helping to look after my grandson when I saw on a notice board opposite the church that a Knit to Nuture Group had just started. I’ve been volunteering with them for 8 years now.
Volunteering is good for meeting new people and knitting benfits me becuase I can bring projects home and helping a good cause is so good.”
